FreeBSD Asterisk 1.8.30.0_2 へアップデート

FreeBSD の ports へ Asterisk のアップデート（1.8.30.0_1 ＞ 1.8.30.0_2）が到着していました。関連して ja-asterisk-sounds-1.8 や openh323-1.19.0.1_7 もアップデートが到着していました。

いつものように portupgrade で更新しておきました。
